These terms govern the smartphone repair and doorstep technician services provided by EasyFix in Pune.
1. Scope of Repair Service
EasyFix provides doorstep pickup, in-shop diagnostic inspection, component replacement, and repair services for supported mobile devices in Pune.
2. 90-Day Warranty Guarantee
All genuine replacement parts installed by EasyFix technicians are backed by up to a 90-day warranty against manufacturing and installation defects. Warranty excludes physical impact damage, glass cracks, and liquid ingress occurring after handover.
3. Data Backup Responsibility
Customers are strongly advised to back up all photos, personal data, SIM cards, and memory cards before handing over devices. EasyFix is not liable for data loss during hardware diagnostic or component replacement procedures.
4. Unclaimed Devices & Fees
Devices repaired and uncollected or unpaid for more than 30 calendar days following repair completion notifications may incur storage fees or be recycled in accordance with local regulations.
