Cancellation & Refund Policy

EasyFix strives for 100% customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our cancellation rules, diagnostic fee structure, and replacement/refund guarantees.
1. Booking Cancellation
You may cancel your repair booking free of charge at any time prior to technician dispatch. If a technician has arrived at your location and you choose to cancel, a nominal inspection fee of ₹199 applies.
2. 90-Day Replacement & Refund Guarantee
If a replacement part installed by EasyFix malfunctions within the 90-day warranty window and cannot be rectified by our technicians, you are entitled to a full refund for the part replacement cost.
3. Diagnostic & Inspection Fees
For devices inspected in-shop or doorstep where repair is deemed unfeasible due to extensive motherboard damage, diagnostic fees are non-refundable.
4. Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method or UPI handle within 3-5 business days.
